I needed to replace 2 front tyres and booked online which was simple. I got a follow up email and text and a call on the day. The staff were friendly and helpful and the work was completed on time. Definitely recommend.
Cannot believe how professional and courteous Richard & Lawrence were in dealing with a slightly hysterical 68 year old who was panicking about getting her shock absorbers sorted out! Richard very wisely double-checked which shocks needed replacing (I’d told him both rears; it was actually 1 front & 1 rear, which would have caused me huge problems!) Lawrence was front reception today, and calmly talked me through the procedure and implications, and advised me not to wait as it would probably take a bit longer than I was expecting!! And to tell me it was cheaper by £100 than what I was expecting was an added bonus! Thanks chaps!!
I got good advice here yesterday even though they couldn't help me because my vehicle is too big but an experienced, knowledgeable man recommended where I should go, locally. We in my family have had good and very positive experiences here in the past when we've come with tyre problems, Thank you !
Great service and speedy replacement. Not the most exciting thing to do on a weekend, but the team were friendly, efficient and had me on my way fairly quickly.
