I went to this site for 2 new tyres for my car and the service was exceptional! Unlike a lot of chain tyre shops and garages, the staff were thorough, informative and went above and beyond. Jasmine, the Assistant Manager, was super friendly, polite, knowledgeable and kept me up to date on any findings and any delays. I left very happy and will definitely go back!!
We were able to get a next morning appointment, arrived, got diagnosed, given a quote all within 10 minutes, and the car was fixed and collected 2 hours later. An outstanding service by Kieran Burniston! If only all garages and mechanics were like him. He actually showed us the defect, explained why and what needs to be done, and had a solution/part ready to be ordered, however there was no pressure selling or fast talk. Will return again, gladly.
Amazing, efficient service today, thank you! Rang to ask if they could check my tyre as display in dashboard showed a problem. Within an hour they had found the problem and replaced the tyre (ruined by a pothole - no surprises there 😡) and all was done! Couldnt have been any more helpful. Thanks 😊👍🏻
