Informative and honest assessment of my brakes. Nothing needed doing as it turned out (on the brakes) but the tracking was out, so that was offered to be corrected which I agreed to. Quick, efficient and friendly.
I had booked my car in for an MOT the appointment time was kept to, was all done within an hour while I waited and the staff were very friendly.
I was greeted politely. Confirmed my order and answered my questions. The car was then brought to the entrance and everything explained. If I later incurred an issue, informed to call back.
