Good customer service. Mechanics were very helpful and courteous and were generous with their time when I was asking them questions about my car. I felt safe and welcome in your customer waiting room.
Wanted a headlight bulb replaced so booked one of their free assessments as it seemed the only option (note to head office: sort that out). Walked into reception and within 2 minutes the bonnet was up and gentleman on reception had done the job himself. Amazing service. Love it !!
brilliant service by James and the team of lads, at fairly short notice too. . - they sorted my wheel swap and balance out and even showed me that the wheel nuts are swelling - so will need replacing at some point , great comms and great service and a pleasure to deal with all round - will return when I need other items sorting / brakes fitting etc etc. . ( and I'm an automotive engineer by trade so I know when I'm being told rubbish and these guys worked well and didn't try and pull the wool over the eyes of the customers that came in for various issues, they were helpful and honest , Id have no hesitation in recommending them to friends - in fact I already did, later that day. )
Easy air-con recharge. Did try to ring ahead but no booking needed, seen within 10 mins. All finished within an hour. Fixed cost, only charged if the process is successful. Cool!
