The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. Repairs are done quickly and efficiently, and every visit has been hassle-free. The prices are fair, and I always receive a full explanation of the work done and the costs involved. This is the place I always return to whenever my car needs any attention. I highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for reliable car service.
I had got given this garages details from my breakdown provider (emergency assist, who I do not recommend at all! I have yet cancelled this), I was rung back by the mechanic who was very polite, empathetic and caring, he waited around for me until 23:30 which was past their closing time. He was in contact with me every step for an ETA on the recovery. Unfortunately due to emergency assist I wasn’t able to attend due to them messing me around from 6pm but I would like to say a massive thank you for waiting and reassuring me especially as me and my friend was 2 lone females and I myself was 200miles away from home. Thank you again!
Excellent service, managed to fit a new battery very late in the day when I was stuck three hours from home. Many thanks and highly recommended!
