I've owned 3 BMW's and always use these guys for servicing and repairs, they're really helpful and go above and beyond in getting things sorted. Couldn't recommend enough.
I was today for a diagnostic assessment on my BMW without a booking Kevin took my car and he was very helpful and sort out my car issues in 20min all good. I'm so happy to find this garage because I was looking for a BMW specialist.
Phenomenal service. I rang these guys after my BMW X5 wouldn’t rise from the back - straight away they told me what they suspected the issue was over the phone. Took the car in, diagnostic done and next steps agreed on replacing air springs. Car was ready the following afternoon - genuine BMW parts used. As a goodwill gesture they also sorted out a few other quick bits which I asked them to look into while it was on the ramp. I only go to BMW for my car stuff but at short notice I had to find an alternative- and now will be going to K&M for all my car related stuff. I’d highly recommend them. Thanks gents.
Fantastic service, broke down this morning and got my car back all fixed this evening..thanks for fitting me in so quickly. New customer on your hands for sure
