A truly wonderful garage, i know that people put off car repairs mainly for the cost but, its also the worry of the garage and being able to trust them, i have had many try to con me. KMC is perfect and you really do get a sense of trust and professionalism. I went in a few weeks back for my tracking to do sorted as another garage tried three different times to align my steering and each time they failed. So i made a joke to the lady on the desk that i just want a straight steering wheel, less than an hour later i got a call from a man who i must say, really had a nice telephone manner. He told me the car was ready and that my 'steering wheel is perfectly straight' - just makes you feel valued. I asked for a quote for a full brake replacement which the gave me. So i took another trip in today to see if the quote was still usable which it was. The lady on the desk said that i could leave the car with them today which took me by surprise so i happily left it. Four hours later i got the call to say the brake discs/pads/fluid and tyre rotation was done..£300 less than what the main dealer wanted. If you need work done on your car at a good rate then please..do not go anywhere else! You couldnt ask anymore from a garage.
Booked my car in as it was making an awful noise. They managed to sort the problem and get it back to me on the same day. The next day a warning light came back on and they asked me to pop it back down when it was convenient for me which I did in between after school clubs and they literally sorted it out immediately ensuring I was back in the car on time to collect the children. Super helpful and highly recommended.
Excellent service and very reasonably priced for MOT and Service. I messed up and turned up a week before I’d booked my MOT but managed to squeeze me in. All staff very polite. Everything explained clearly and were flexible about when I picked the car up. Highly recommend.
Always helpful. I changed my tyre size, so they called me to check before fitting. I drove a Tesla, and they informed me of some important information. Thanks guys and girls. Happy New Year Nick
Excellent service offered today. Can't fault them and the best in Kettering. Would recommend to anyone. EDIT - 6 weeks later I got so unlucky with another 2 flat tyres. I went straight down to KMC and they were amazing - AGAIN. They went over and above to look after me and ensure I didn't miss an important appointment that day. Seriously.. don't go anywhere else!! They are the best in Kettering!
