I was contacted throughout the process and everything was explained to me as plainly as possible. I really appreciate it, and you have a customer for life! Ive used KAM Servicing for a while now, and i keep coming back as they are great.. always efficient, friendly, professional & great communication, they always let me know if anything needs doing and very helpful with advise and understanding why! Had a Full Service recently and Ashley communicated brilliantly, very friendly staff all round! Would always recommend them! Ill be back again soon to get my tyres done! Keep up the great work guys 🤩
We booked my daughter’s car in for an annual service and MOT and have to say that KAM’a customer service was exemplary. My daughter is currently on crutches so unable to drive but KAM were happy to go “over and above” and arranged to pick up the car and drop it back afterwards. They were in regular contact and clearly explained all the options and approximate costs up front before proceeding with the work. The costs were very reasonable but KAM even managed to provide a small student discount on top - we highly recommend them and I only wish they were closer to home as, if they were, we’d be taking all our vehicles there in future!
The staff are always friendly, chatty and polite. They explain everything in detail and also spoke in layman's terms that was easy to understand. I'm happy to keep going back to them, the only small issue for me is no WiFi, but can get over that 😀
I have taken all my cars to KAM on North Sherwood St over the past 10 years. They've helped with all sorts of problems and always done so in a professional and transparent way. I'm very pleased with the service I receive and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable garage.
