Wasn’t overcharged and wasn’t taken advantage of. This type of customer service is rare these days. I won’t ever go anywhere else
Absolutely SUPERB service! Went shopping and realised I had a slow puncture. Popped into this place on a whim .. needed a new tyre. The guy ordered one to be in for that afternoon at 2.30 .. finished my car by 3.30 and a phonecall at 3.45 for it to be collected. Brilliant! A very happy customer 😃😃
This is a great little shop, the guys are friendly and helpful, they can supply you with new tyres at a very reasonable price, fitting them on your wheels, balancing them and fitting the wheels back on your car all while you wait, and no need to make an appointment, just turn up, they can also fix car punctures. If they haven't got the tyres you need in stock they can usually get them in for the next day. Great service! UPDATE: This tyre shop has now reopened under new management, I haven't been there yet to see if their impeccable service still remains but I will update once I do.
This family business came highly recommended from a friend who won't go anywhere else. Since found out 2 work colleagues also only use Kalvin's! I was very happy with my visit to sort out my tyre. Very helpful and professional. I will definitely be using them again!
Had a nail in my tyre which was slowly deflating. My friend recommended Kalvin's and I called first and popped in. A bit awkward to park round the back with entrance also the rear houses, but for £20 they plugged and inflated my tyre while I waited. It took about 20 minutes so was pretty good. Recommended.
