It took me years to find a reliable garage, but KDM fit the profile. They are they are a good and honest company that all my family use. Karl and the guys are very easy to talk to and discuss any issues with our cars. I thoroughly recommend them.
Took my BMW 640d for 8 hours' worth of work that was being paid for by a 3rd party warranty. Spoke with Beth numerous times on the phone, spoke with the owner and his son during the initial diagnosis and also spoke with the senior mechanic when I dropped the car off for the work. I love my cars and I'm very careful about who I allow to work on my car. The above conversations and relevant answers to my questions reassured me that KDM really do know what they're doing. Everyone was really knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The owner dealt with the warranty company directly, meaning I didn't have to worry about anything. This was the first time I've used KDM and it was a great experience. They've gained a loyal customer because of their approach. Highly recommended!
