The staff were friendly and professional, the service itself was thorough and efficient. They identified a few minor issues and provided clear, understandable explanations. Additionally, they went above and beyond by fixing a problematic door at no extra charge, which was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. There were no hidden fees or unnecessary upsells, which further added to my satisfaction. Overall, this garage provided top-notch service, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and honest garage for their MOT and servicing needs.
Didn't have a service, but had wheel locking nuts removed and replaced with new. Also had new tyre. Very efficient, and I think reasonably priced. Would recommend.
Starter Motor Replaced, Cost and timing of the job, exactly as they said, Great job, excellent communication, friendly team all round, Top of my list for repairs, Thank you Andy
Just purchased a brand new Citroën Berlingo xl enterprise edition van. Someone on the first day someone reversed straight into my bumper and drove away 🤷♂️ Luckily I found out who done it👌 My wife had used just the ticket also recently for some body work. Matt kindly fitted me in and all was sorted in a few days. Would recommend 👌
I needed a MOT for my older van and this is the second time i have used JTT...just like last time the team were very helpful and sourced the part needed for my van so it passed the MOT..as usual Matt was most courteous and knowledgeable as was the lady on the desk who went out of her way to source the part needed which took effort as my van is an older model...great job and thanks again JTT !
