Really friendly and professional service. I went to Junior with some power steering issues in an older vehicle. Junior did a full set of checks and walked me through the options. As it was an older vehicle I decided not to go ahead with the work as it wouldn't be worth the investment. Junior's clear explanations helped me come to right decision on this one.

Junior runs a very friendly and efficient garage tucked away in Hitchin. Went above and beyond to complete repairs after my failed MOT. Absolutely worth the drive if you are not from SG5. Massive recommendation and would 100% use this garage again. Thank you again. X

I'm really impressed - Everything about my experience with Junior has been an absolute pleasure. He takes the care and time to explain exactly what the issue is, what needs doing, why it needs doing and what your options are (which sounds like it should be normal but it hasn't been, in my experience..). For once I didn't feel like I had the wool being pulled over my eyes. He was friendly and I feel like he went the extra mile for me. I won't use any other garage aslong as they can fit me in!

Vehicle failed an MOT and required some work to resolve - Junior resolved the issues as quickly as possible, kept me up to date and had it retested in time. Much appreciated.
