Couldn’t fault these guys at all. I was told by another bmw specialist that I needed a new turbo as I was getting a noise around the gear shifter area. I think thought it couldn’t be the turbo so I took my car to these cars for a second opinion and thank god I did. The issue was diagnosed and it was not the turbo, it was the gear selector and a bolt was missing and nut missing off another bold. Also a bolt was not put back in properly. This was all down to the specialist mentioned earlier on who has recently took my engine/gearbox out due to the solenoid issue. Greatful for this garage, and as I am new to the area I will be using these guys all the time. 10/10 service
I got stitched up from a mobile mechanic where Prestige Autos managed to sort out my problem. One thing I can say is that they don't cut corners. I would definitely be using this garage from now on than a chancer mobile merchanic that left oil on my driveway - never again
Had my timing chains replaced by Jeff and his team , very professional and friendly service. Having worked in garages for many years myself I appreciate and recognise honest advice and great customer service. I couldn’t recommend JS prestige more! I’ll definitely be returning there….. but not too soon I hope.
Honest reliable trustworthy workshop, Jeff and Scott were fantastic with diagnosing a Haldex issue with my Wife’s Evoque, Very transparent from start to finish and actually the final bill was less than what they originally quoted due to some work/parts not required, Thank you, would not hesitate to use J and S again 👍
