Julian is a great person, a professional gentleman and a real lifesaver. I am glad we found him after moving to the area. We have our cars repaired and serviced here and it couldn’t go any smoother. You can trust them confidently.

I have used JS Automotive on several occasions. Julien is very professional and has carried out excellent work on my car and my wife’s car over the past few years. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his services. Always polite and respectful and above all very knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing problems.

This is a +5 star business, he is polite, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We are on holiday in the area and while travelling the engine management light activated on our Hyundai Santa Fe. After seeing his previous reviews I called in on a chance to see if they could help me. He said that they have a 2 week wait but as we are here on holiday he would have a quick look and see if he could find the issue. He very quickly identified the problem resolved it and had us on our way all with a cheerful smile. JS Automotive is a prime example of how a customer facing business should operate, I wish they were closer to us as I would use them on a regular basis if we lived in the area.

I was going to change the battery on my car but Julian checked it and advised me not to for the time being as the battery was charging OK. Brilliant service (and free). Most garages would just have changed the battery. As a result, I will return for my next service with the confidence that Julian is a great and trustworthy mechanic.
