Very courteous service with reliable updates at every stage. Considering the length of time that was put into locating the fault the charges were more than reasonable. Can't thank them enough for their work and advice. Definitely 5 star.
Best garage in Dorset without a shadow of doubt. I needed parts to pass an MOT, my car was promptly repaired and then went on to pass the MOT. I had an issue with my Ford Fiesta roughly a year ago, no garage I visited was able to fix my problem and then James smashed it.. I haven't gone elsewhere since for service, MOT or general repairs. Always greeted with amazing customer service from Natalie, James and the other mechanics. Any issues with my car are explained thoroughly. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.
Would highly recommend this garage to anyone. I only wished it was Local to me so I could always use them. A day before we were due to travel home from our holiday in Weymouth my car broke down. They worked outside their normal working hours to help get us back on the road in time to make our journey home, ensuring they sourced good branded parts at the best price. They kept me up to date with progress and the options available. Also completed a thorough check and test drive of the car to ensure everything else was OK. James was very thorough and safety conscious, offering good advice about caring for my car in future. Thank you. You helped smooth out a very stressful situation.
Amazing service and staff! I was on holiday with my family in Weymouth and i was on the last day of trip and heading back to Newcastle. There was a intermittent noise coming from the wheel and I wanted to ensure it was safe before the long journey. A number of garages small and chains couldn't help. J.R. Autotechics rearranged their day so they could check over and fixed the problem. Very professional, thorough and understanding staff. Would recommend and use anytime (when I'm in Weymouth). Thank you again.
On the first day of our holiday recently our clutch went on our Audi Q3. Not knowing any local garages we were unsure who to contact, however, were recommended these guys by our touring park. They were fantastic from the word go with fitting us in as an emergency. Very professional, friendly and highly experienced which put our minds at ease. They showed us the old clutch and went through everything in detail. After 5 days we had our car back - yipee we could finally enjoy our holiday. We would definitely recommend this garage.
