On my arrival she was clearly extremely busy ! However she saw to me straight away. I was then introduced to John who was polite and obviously very knowledgeable in his field. I felt anxious before I arrived however felt like I had been a valued customer for years! When the job was carried out it was explained to me and I felt I was valued as a customer. I will be returning for future vehicle needs for the professionalism and how I was made to feel welcomed & valued Hayley
