The staff was punctual and gave a personal touch to the service explaining everything in detail. I really enjoyed that level of care and attention. I would recommend that place to everyone who has been searching for the best MOT services without disappointment!
This is the second time I've used Joys and both times have been exceptional. I came in for a full brake change having previously been to Kwik Fit for a check (who informed me they were fine, subsequently they were horrendously incorrect). Joys informed me of their incompetence and rectified the brake issues. Incredible communication throughout, a fantastic price and were extremely efficient. Just an FYI, parking can be troublesome! Many thanks though to the team.
Had my car in for a timing chain replacement on a corsa here at joys, they picked it up on time and they got it out and back to me before the day was over. Great mechanics, my car runs better than ever. They were friendly when picking it up and friendly when dropping it, good customer service and i’m very satisfied. Timing chains aren’t easy simple short jobs, but these guys got it cracked out and finished very well. Highly recommend joys motors ltd.
