Whilst the fault wasn’t something that could be diagnosed at the time, the responsiveness of the team was greatly appreciated. Especially since I’m not from the area, and just here for a few days on holiday. Highly recommend this garage to everyone !
Jon and team did an amazing job removing broken glow plugs. A big job done in double quick time. Great service and communication too! We will be using them again.
Jon has been a patient and helpfull mechanic. 3 of my family use him and he has always been straight with us and no hidden costs. He also has a great knowledge of other motor services that you may need....THANKYOU Jon and team x
What an amazing, friendly garage. We were on our way to stay at Haven Littlesea when we noticed a grinding noise coming from the rear of the car. We gave this garage a call, explained the problem & were told to drop by en route to the park so they could take a look. Upon arrival at the garage the lady in reception was very friendly, polite & helpful. She promptly called Jon over to take a look - again he was also very friendly, polite, helpful and very knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Told us to go & check in at Haven unload the car and drop it back to him. A few hours later we received a phonecall to say it was completed - this was a Friday evening aswell. We then collected the car the following morning. We were very grateful we could collect the car so soon as it had no impact on our holiday at all. The price was also very reasonable aswell. We can not thank Jon & receptionist enough. What an amazing service. Thankyou again so much!
HIGHLY recommend Jon!! I am new to the area and felt something wasn't quite right with my car. I emailed Jon and he got me in the next day to have a look and really put my mind at ease. He spent a good 20 minutes with me and my car, validated my fears despite nothing being imminently wrong with it and didn't charge me for his time and expertise on this occassion (which he really should have) Trustworthy, lovely man. I have found my Weymouth mechanic!!! Thanks Jon.
