I love taking my car to Robb's garage! For years I felt obliged to take my car to the dealership garage because it was under warranty, but now that the warranty is up it's much more convenient to take it to Robb's because I live locally. When it went to the dealer it "needed" some repair every year, but it has now had two MOTs and service at Robb's with no additional work required. Coincidence, I think not! You can be assured that John and the team will not try to rip you off by doing unnecessary work just to make a few extra quid, but whatever does need doing will be done efficiently, at a fair price, and with great service (including a good wash) and top banter. Couldn't wish for a better local garage!
Called up for a wheel bearing quote, got a really sensible break down of time/parts/risks/costs over the phone, substantially less than the other garages I called. Booked the car in it was ready the same day. The cost was exactly in the range I was quoted. Very, very pleased with the customer service, quality of the work and the price. Will hopefully use this garage again.
Can't praise these guys enough. They were really busy but fitted me in to check my breaks before a long journey. They were courteous and friendly and worked really quickly so I could get on my way the next day. For those worried about Covid-19, they have screens up, the waiting room is kitted out with hand gel and is clean and social distancing is being carefully observed.
This garage was recommended to me by a friend. They fitted a door latch to my Golf Mk4 in jip time when other garages didn't want to know and at an excellent price. Clearly a very competent and trustworthy business. I would highly recommend. I will definitely be using them again. GM.
