John Charles Auto’s diagnostics and checks were spot on and very thorough, leading to notable cost savings compared to other quotes that were misdiagnosed. The repairs were carried out very satisfactorily and the vehicle was back on the road quickly. We will continue to use this garage and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. I should also say that the customer care of everyone we dealt with could not have been better.
I have had my tyres changed here, a full service & mot done. I have also popped in a couple of times with no appointment made with cause of concern for my car, let me start by saying all staff in this business are very professional, helpful, kind and no exactly what they are doing. They charge reasonably with no rip off prices, explain everything in detail and give me every opportunity to have a look at my cars issues myself so i have a better understanding about what needed to be done. The 2 receptionists make this company entirely, both the man and lady are absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend this garage enough, the effort they put into their work and service is above and beyond. In my personal opinion anyone that has had an issue with them in the past is clearly a dougnut. If every garage was like John charles then the motor repair industry would have no issues. Thank you once again guys & i will see you soon for my tyre change.
