James accurately diagnosed the issue and carried out a successful repair, checking the car again 2 weeks later foc to ensure all OK. Have since been using JLR for servicing and MOT. Very good, honest service and James helps out all he can to ensure costs are kept to a minimum. Car has a good clean each service too. Highly recommend.
I bought my first car (used) in JLR Autocare and I couldn't have asked the better place to buy it from. James is one of the loveliest people I've ever met. He explained everything about the car very carefully and answered any question I had about it. The car was properly serviced, looked after, and cared for. When you hear the phrase "honest mechanic" seldom is this true. James however proved otherwise, he is extremely honest, genuine & unlike some possesses a great level of integrity & respect. I took my car to JLR with a few issues & James from the outset told me exactly the issues, where others failed. 3 days later I have my car running like new, he explained & physically showed me the works that had been carried out, he even offered impartial guidance on the issue in hand. you will not get a more honest & experienced mechanic offering this level of service anywhere else in my opinion. From this day forth there will no other mechanic touching my car apart from those at JLR. 5 stars are not enough.
James has been absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend him. I had never met James, my car was recovered and taken to his garage out of hours. He took the car and quickly fixed it. James helped me with a RAC warranty claim, with nothing to gain for himself. He has gone above and beyond to help me. I will not go anywhere else. He has been honest, reliable, helpful and shown huge compassion to a stranger. Thank you JLR Autocare for everything.
My car broke down in a big way, which caused a lot of issues to the car, i was recommended by RAC to take it here. It was the best decision i made. They are so honest, friendly, professional, and efficient. They fixed everything, and so quickly, i thought my car would be out of action for weeks.but it was literally a few days and all done. Completely different experience from other garages. James is the most polite and very experienced mechanic i have ever met. Looks like i have found the perfect garage to go to for all my car issues.
