Had an issue with my car, possible injector fault and my usual mechanic couldn't fit me in for 3 weeks. Jimmy managed to squeeze me in the next week. Managed to find one injector needing replacing and one needing a new seal. Got it all sorted and ready for the weekend. Found it had a jutter and tapping, brought it back the next week and Jimmy took care of it at no extra charge. Very friendly and helpful walked me through everything he had done and how much each thing had cost.
Absolutely fantastic service. I've not long passed my test and was unsure how to change my oil, or check my tyre pressure. Jimmy's garage shown me how to do this no problem. No job was too small for him. Would highly recommend
Absolutely first class! Did extensive testing on my car and were able to diagnose the issue almost immediately and like everyone says, explain it in a way that makes sense and where you feel valued as a customer. Despite being really busy, they managed to fit me in for the unexpected repair and gave me complete piece of mind that every avenue had been explored before they ordered any parts or did any work. What a cracking company - my car feels different to drive and I am very grateful for the help.....think they e just got themselves another loyal customer! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
