Took my Audi in as engine management light came on after a Glo plug failed. James had the part delivered and fitted within the hour whilst I went for a coffee across the road. Honest and friendly service . My sister had recommended these guys as James had assisted her with her car Issue.
I have visited JD Automotives a couple of times now. Had an oil change and cambelt replaced on a fiesta ST180. Good work done and proper customer service. Seems like a decent garage.
I went to other garage first which they tried to charge me £120 just for putting my car door handle. I bought the handle by myself from eBay which cost me only £24 Then I went to JD Automotives to sort it out. They did it for FREE. The staff are very friendly and love the vibe there as well 👍 Thank you guys!!
Great guys, knowledgable and helpful. Very friendly and make you feel involved as opposed to being shut out like a lot of other garages. Prices are very competitive too! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be my go to for the future!
