I was misdiagnosed the issue originally and they ordered parts off of what I told them, they were kind enough to haggle the supplier to take the wrong part back. Would definitely recommend.
I have been using Jay's Motor Services for years, The Secretary is lovely and the Mechanics are friendly and have always explained any work that needed to be done to my Car, their pricing is fair and always explained in detail overall a great garage.
Incredible service, my family have used this garage for several years now and they have always been really helpful and efficient. I recently had a problem with my BMW and they fixed it within a few days and they helped provide the infomation for my warranty company. We have recommended them to other friends several times and will continue to do so. A friendly garage at very reasonable prices, who do not rip you off or charge you for unnecessary work.
After my previous mechanic unintentionally turned my car into a death trap, Jay and his team were able to sort it within days and at far less than I feared. Will definitely be coming back.
I've been using Jays Motor Services for many years and have always received a great honest service. They do not carry out anything unless I have approve it beforehand. They are very helpful and are highly recommended. 5 star service.
