All the members that I spoke with were very polite and have high standard of customer care and professional. I will continue here even if I need to wait a long for an appointment. They are amazing and highly recommended.
My car had failed it's mot at another garage and wasn't given much information on what was wrong. So went to James cooper and son and had a fantastic experience. Everything was explained well and was very honest. Great service and friendly staff. Couldn't of asked for a better experience and great work done on the car. Would highly recommend.
