RAC took it to Jackson's as they were an RAC approved mechanic and left it out of hours. Called the next morning to explain my situation and they had replaced the alternator and got it ready to go before we were due to leave! They also gave us a fair quote, discussed the issue with us before doing the work; and even had an NHS discount! Also as a bonus, I didn't felt spoken down to or intimidated as a woman. 5 stars all round.
Genuinely the best garage I have come across. Andy is a true gentleman that is keen to help the customer get the job done at very good price. Goes above and beyond and the only one I feel like I can trust.
The staff have always been great with me. I feel that they treat me with respect and fairly. Happy that I've found my go to garage.
I took my Audi to Andy as he was recommended to me by one of my customers I had a problem with my window not closing properly and he was amazing sorted my window and also a leak that I had taken to other garages to get sorted and Andy found the leak very professional guy and amazing prices thank you Andy great garage
I’ve been lucky enough to have had Andy work on my cars for over 15 years and he’s always done an excellent job. He explains what needs to be done clearly and only does work which is necessary. His prices are very reasonable and I am completely confident in his work as he has looked after my cars for so many years and they have never failed. My present car has just clocked over 202,000 miles (I’ve had it for 100,000 of those miles) and is still going strong thanks to Andy’s maintenance. Andy and his team are highly skilled and not only that they are really friendly, nice people. I recommend Jackson’s Garage to anyone who wants work done properly by excellent, trustworthy mechanics for a fair price. Thanks Andy and your team for all your hard work over the years.
