After the MOT, they described to me the report and explained to me what needs to be done. But, they never forced me to get those done from them. Instead they gave me a quotation for the repairs and let me decide what to do. Since the quotation looked reasonable I went with them. And when I collected the car back, the final bill was lower than the quotation. And they advised me on non urgent repairs and when I should consider doing them. They never forced me to spend money on something not required at the moment. If you're looking for a place to get the MOT done and if you feel like your car might need some repairs I highly recommend them. Last but not least, they are really car enthusiasts, they were really curious about my car and even showed me some features of my car that I didn't know before. This is honestly the most satisfying experience I had with a motor mechanic company.
Fantastic experience. Booked my MOT and Service online very easily and very competitively priced. Booking confirmation was received by email very swiftly. Was kept up to date of the progress and any issues discovered that required further attention via text message as well as receiving a video detailing this and the ability to approve any additional work via the video link. Very friendly and professional staff, whilst some additional comments / notes weren't received by the Branch from the original booking, despite being very busy they didn't hesitate in taking a look and sorting that particular issue out. Would highly recommend and will be using again in future.
I had my first MOT today at In ‘n’ Out Garage (Towcester Rd), and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. As a new young driver, I was apprehensive, but the staff put me at ease straight away - they were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were transparent about any issues found, providing clear explanations and options for me. The turnaround time was impressive, all work was completed on the same day. The team provided me with a lot of education around my car and gave me great advice on car maintenance. I will be returning, and would definitely recommend this garage!
Took my car in for a MOT and have to say the service is great. Very knowledgeable manager on reception who was very helpful/ approachable and friendly. Although my car failed its mot the staff their worked very fast once I accepted the Quote for the work and got the car around and re MOT'd very fast. So great full for everyone who worked on the car. And the customer service I recived. Really has changed my mind of being nervous going into a garage being a woman
Incredibly helpful staff. Went in with a mystery noise and they took a look pretty much straight away, explained what the problem was and fixed it much quicker than I was expecting. Also gave me some car maintenance tips which is useful for someone who doesn't know much about cars! Would definitely recommend and will be my go to for any future issues.
