I was making a claim via my car warranty and this garage came up as the closest one to me. I managed to book an appointment through the warranty company very quickly, which was confirmed via email by In 'n' Out - very handy as nowadays most garages seem to have a two-week wait at least. I'd had an intermittent fault with engine warning lights - the garage ran a diagnostic and suggested a solution. They managed the approval with the warranty company so after dropping off in the morning, I was able to go and pick it up by midday and head home with a fixed car, so no complaints from me!
Picked up a flat today and they sorted in 45 minutes to get me back on the road running my dog walking business. Excellent service 😄
Will be definitely using this garage again!! I struggled to get an MOT last notice anywhere in Kettering, easily managed to get one from in n out. MOT was really quick and the staff were very friendly! Highly recommended!
