They had it in and stripped down, called me to let me know exactly what was needed and by the next day, the parts were ordered, fitted and my car was ready by the following day. They really looked after me pricewise, too. When I went to collect my e46, they had taken pictures and videos of all the leaks and all the worn components. I am very happy with their service and will be more than happy to be a returning customer, and to also recommend my fellow BMW owner friends to them.
Having just recently bought a used Mercedes that requires some work, I really wanted to find a garage that I could trust both now and with any future work. After taking a look at a couple, I chose A1 and I'm so glad that I did! So far I've had the vehicle's wheel speed sensors changed and a service performed. Both times the work has been completed to a very high standard. Steve, whom I've dealt with on both occasions, is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things clearly. His honest feedback on issues is definitely appreciated. The communication is first-class as well, with detailed reports being provided from the onboard systems as well as visual inspections. The car now requires a much more involved repair and A1 is the only garage in town that I would trust with the work. Highly recommended!
A1 have been looking after my cars for many years. They advise you of any issue that arises whilst your vehicle is with them and give sound solid advice. Their quality of work is very good. What can I say. Absolutely brilliant service. I was in a bind with my 630i after it had been running poorly for months it finally broken down and wouldn’t start without stalling… I was recommended to call this specialist and they managed to fit me in super quick to diagnose the problem. After dropping it off and doing a diagnostic they were able to locate and deal with the issue within the day! Superb customer service throughout, I am so grateful to Steve and the team. Good value for the service they provide and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
