Very friendly service, highly recommended, honest and polite people. Put the customer first. Very understanding and excellent at explaining the problem and solution. What they have done to my car was so amazing and beyond satisfaction. Thanks for your help Mr. Nawabi and Loshan , I will definitely be back in the future.
I am saying a very big thank you to Mohammed. He supported me from the beginning (recovering my car to their workshop) to the end. Job: Issue Diagnosis, Clutch Plate, Pressure Plate, Release Bearing Change, Gearbox Top Shaft Guide Bush. Communication was excellent, I was put up to date. I got my car earlier than I was told. I got to meet Mohammed for the first time on the day I picked up my car. Thank you
After being overcharged and underwhelmed by other garages I visited IMN to fix multiple unresolved steering issues. The mechanic was extremely knowledgable and not only fixed the problem but also educated me on how I could prevent this from happening in the future. The service was fast, professional and effective, I would 100% recommend IMN for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic.
