They went above and beyond the initial repair spec and even sprayed over my bodge job on the tail gate. The communication was superb, a big shout out to Sue who was brilliant and was so easy to talk to and gave me a real honest experience. The car was delivered back home on time and it was gleaming. I recently purchased a car and unfortunately inherited some awful paintwork from a previous repair. I was determined to get it fixed properly, and I’m so glad I found this bodyshop! From start to finish, they were nothing short of exceptional. Dean and John, in particular, went above and beyond to correct the mess, treating the car like it was their own. Their skill and attention to detail were outstanding. They kept me updated throughout the process, explaining every step clearly and ensuring I felt comfortable with what was being done. The transformation was incredible – they not only repaired the damage but made the car look better than I could have imagined. A great company that were organised, efficient, informative, and incredible throughout!. They did a fantastic repair after I had a prang with another car. Sue was wonderful with her customer service right from the initial phone call. The car has returned looking even better than before my accident! I can’t recommend them enough!
