After ringing them, they said it was a “coincidence” and I would need to bring it back and be charged for diagnostics. With the MOT being booked in at Humber Autos the week after, I called them and explained the situation. Will took the call and was so lovely over the phone - he said he’d take a look at it before the MOT for me. Went to the garage this morning and Will sorted out the light and did the MOT in 45 mins. The whole team were so welcoming and friendly (including the lady on reception) - I’ve never experienced a garage like it. Will definitely be using Humber Autos from now on and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you!!

Honestly, the best place to take your car. Not only are the staff so friendly and make everything easy to understand, they complete the work quickly, thoroughly and for such an incredible price! I never thought I’d be a person who could leave a garage happy, but I was overjoyed. I left feeling like I’d saved a lot of money, instead of being fleeced, I felt like my car was reliable and I knew what had been done to it and so happy with the customer service. Once you’ve been here, you’ll never take your car anywhere else again! Thank you for all of your wonderful, hard work!!
