My experiences with HSR have been nothing shy of outstanding. Honest garage offering a super speedy service, great advice and a great personality from all staff to match; all at acceptable prices. Only downside I can think of is that they’re sometimes very busy (testament to the popularity of the service provided) Despite this I’ve always been able to secure a slot and have my car seen to. Also noticed on my last visit there’s now more staff with Gayle in reception keeping everything in order. I normally deal with Marc but recently Craig has been working on my car. Craig is admirably educated, skilled and experienced in his trade. I’ve not used another garage since finding HSR Autos two years ago.
I would highly recommend HSR Autos. I recently had my timing chain replaced. The service was professional and the job was completed in a timely manner. The price was very competitive. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed on my cars progress.
Great garage, great communication, friendly and helpful staff. Had my car in for service and MOT, no problems at all just what you want. Will keep using from now on.
Ive been using HSR autos for a number of years and i would highly recommend them. Its so hard to find a trustworthy garage and this place has never let me down. This place clearly functions on passion and knowledge. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful.
