I can honestly say the staff and service were brilliant. Communicated with me regularly on the progress of my car’s repairs, initially thought there might be a delay with delivery of the parts, but I was pleasantly surprised when they called me after 3 weeks saying the repairs to my car had been completed. it looks fantastic again, I’m very happy with the work and repairs they’ve carried out. The staff have been very informative and pleasant throughout. Personally I’d recommend HSA Repair to anyone as they do an outstanding job.
Hassle free & 10/10 service from Halim & Sagoo, they told me would take 2 days and was done in 2 so its a yes from me👍
Thank you to Sagoo and Halim for a great job on my wife’s 3 series. They are both very respectful and my wife said they made her feel very comfortable as normally when she visits garages, men make her feel uncomfortable with the way they stare and behave which is why she makes me take the car in everytime but on this occasion I wasn’t free so she had to go herself. x4 calliper respray and alloy refurb - top marks. Very clean and efficient job. Kept us updated all the way and overall a very professional service. Thanks to everyone at HSA! Check out their work on instagram for yourself.
Had an issue with back bumper. The team did a great job. Matched the paint etc and gave the car back cleaner than I'd handed in. The best thing about HSA was that they communicated really well throughout the process. Costs timelines pick up etc etc. Super stress free, given not having your car is stressful. Will now take Mrs car and have recommended a few other people. All positive experiences so far. One area for improvement, they were super busy, need a couple more people (admin side) to help when it comes time to pick up the car or drop off etc etc.
