Alex also made sure my car was safely delivered to my desired garage and made it so I was able to get home safely. Highly recommend.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Alex. From the minute of the job being accepted, he was fantastic. He called prior to arrival giving me an ETA and when he arrived; he helped with the tranship which was not his responsibility but was more than happy to give a helping hand. He got the job done safely, quickly and had a pleasant drive back to our site. He is a breath of fresh air compared to most grumpy recovery drivers! Such a lovely person and experience!
The staff are Hough Green Garage Rochdale are fabulous!! They go above and beyond to help you regardless of your predicament!! Alex and Adrian in particular were amazing because they were so helpful getting my car ready and clearing it out. My car had ended up there because it had broken on a roundabout. All the guys there are so professional and unbelievably helpful and sympathetic to people’s situation. Thank you again for all of your support and making sorting my car out so much easier for me.
Hi, Yesterday my car was taken home after it had broken down on the way to work by Alex. He was a very friendly, helpful and professional gentleman who took my car all the way from Bolton to our local garage in higher Openshaw.
