This was my first time using a mechanic in Hull, and I can confidently say they are professional and honest, which is the most important thing. They initially quoted me a price for the work, but it turned out to be cheaper, and they explained the difference clearly on the invoice. I really admire their honesty. Had my car's MOT and full service done today. Price was as quoted. Staff were friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend and return as a customer in the future
We've used Hookems garage a few times now for our car including an MOT, a service and for air con, each time we've had a great experience. Always really friendly and efficient, good communication about when the car is ready to collect etc and the online booking system makes everything so much easier. Highly recommend and wouldn't take our car anywhere else now 👍🏼
Quick, easy and efficient. Booked it online through a comparison site, was the cheapest and most competitive in Hull. Both Full service and MOT was done for £150. Dropped it off at 7:30am, received a text message by 10 saying it was ready. Was a smooth and easy experience, thank you!
