On one of the previous occasions he even arranged for a mobile welder to come out to fix a cracked alloy which was a life saver. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and always does an excellent job.
Hometyres were brilliant. I was able to have an appointment the following day and Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix my tyre, he was able to replace the tyre pressure monitoring sensors and re-programme the system on the car. Bill went out of his way to arrange a follow-up call to fix these on another day to ensure I was safe to drive. Amazing service!!!
Have used Hometyre several times and have always found it be an excellent service. Prompt, efficient and friendly service. Also excellent value. Can recommend, and will definitely use them again
A pothole trashed my tyre and then the foam emergency repair kit was half missing, my car was u/s - I was not happy. My phone call to Hometyre was excellent - the chap was friendly, well informed and supportive. I was worried that changing the tyre could damage the alloys. A note was put on the file (6 months ago Halfords in Hemel had trashed all 4 diamond cut alloys - see my Google review!) Bill from Hometyre arrived spot on time, highly professional, skilled and efficient, he was aware of my concerns. Bill did a superb job, not the slightest blemish on the wheel. The price was very competitive as well - well done to the Hometyre team.
It was an absolute pleasure to use Hometyre. Bill arrived on time and phoned me when he was at my car. Bill was courteous and acted professionally throughout the process. I can only recommend their services.
