Excellent service booked online, checked before arrived tyres had been ordered, good communications. Arrived at 09:00 asked to collect within 1 hour due to very tight and full car parking on site. Well organised workshop and great supervision by the reception. Well trusted dealer, highly recommended. Best price in Tamworth.
Booked range rover for air conditioning repair, unfortunately they were unable to do the job and recommend I take it to an auto electrician. They had obviously spent time looking at the job and had done a full diagnostic report, when l asked for the bill l was told no charge. Need l say more.
I have been taking my car here for years and after seeing how hard everybody was working on Thursday, I thought I’d finally leave review. Always reasonably priced and the team are very knowledgeable. After its service, my car feels great. A particular mention to Adam who is very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
