Although it did take slightly longer than stated (which is to be expected on a bank holiday weekend), SBL were super helpful and polite on the phone. When Liam turned up he was very friendly and efficient and was able to get me back on the road within 20 mins. Would definitely recommend you use SBL in a breakdown situation and if Liam turns up then you’ll have a happy chappie helping you out (I’m sure the other team members are just as friendly too) :-)
Tommy was honestly superb! He saw my blown tyre on the side of a busy road near Earl’s Court after midnight on a Friday and pulled over to see if he could help me. Wasn’t even on shift, just happened to be driving past in his van. We spoke for a bit and he checked if he had the right tyre, which he did! He gave me all the options as I have AA cover but I decided to get it fixed there and then. 5 stars completely deserved - properly saved my skin there!!

Last night my tyre blew out on a busy slip road and I had a pretty horrible experience whilst waiting for help (RAC’s fault). When Liam from SBL mobile tyres arrived I was pretty emotionally exhausted and upset about the whole ordeal but he was so upbeat and helpful, he massively helped put me at ease and improved my morale. Not only did he replace my tyre quickly and professionally he also gave me loads of excellent advice regarding what may have blown my tyres/ how I could proceed. I definitely recommend Liam’s work in particular and will definitely go to him in the future if I have any further issues (hopefully no time soon!).
Had Tommy come and save the day and I knew he had a fight on his hands with my run flats. He didn't give up even when his tools did. Got me back on the road and he was careful not to damage the wheel in the struggle. Solid bloke, great service and I'll definitely use the company again in the future.
