from 37 reviews on GoogleJust had my Mini Countryman Hybrid repaired by Hillside Motor Works. Can’t recommend them enough. It was quite a big job as the entire engine needed to be removed and bolts replaced into the frame that had sheared off. My car is hybrid electric too so had to be careful not to damage the battery in the process. They kept me updated every step of the way, including any price increases (as it was hard to predict from day 1 due to the size of the job), and sent certain parts off to specific specialists to ensure the job was done properly. I had my car back in just over week, and the cost ended up being less than they originally expected and I received a full breakdown of the cost. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs car repairs, especially if you’re looking for a BMW/Mini and/or hybrid/electric car specialist!
Have used Hillside for a number of years, but not in the last 4 following a move away. I had an unexpected issue, and Jamie was ultra accommodating and so helpful, as always. Like, we had never been away. Jamie always goes the extra mile. Thanks again, Jamie, for coming to my rescue. Extremely appreciated Nadia
I found Mathew, Jamie and the other mechanics working at HMW all very Efficient , trustworthy and curtious. In addition their pricing, ,although not cheap, is very reasonable.To this end I definitely recommend their garage when you need a mechanical works to be undertaken.
I had forgotten what a great garage this was having recently had to deal with a Bentley main dealer with a few issues on my wife’s car (under warranty)who in terms of client management are beyond useless. - these guys are helpful, fast and responsive and very knowledgable - compared to the main dealer it’s night and day how they manage their clients - highly recommended !
