The staff explain all work needed simply. Called me before replacement of my brakes, and cleaned up the rear ones to save me money. Good locator with wide road parking. They've been in business for many years so are trustworthy. For me, they're a distance from my home, and so getting 2 buses to Hillcrest to collect car was challenging, and my daily steps count shot up as I had to walk into town after dropping my car off. That's not a criticism of them, more around Hastings transport. Not sure if they are the cheapest, but they do talk my lady engine language, and are a friendly bunch. Next time I'll splash out on taxis methinks cos I'm averse to walking, uneven paths and cold weather 🤔
