Great Service, a little over a year ago, my car broke down, and every mechanic I phoned was fully booked with a 2 week or longer waiting list. Although also fully booked, the gentleman at Highway Services made a plan to squeeze the diagnostic work and repair in between the week's scheduled jobs. He got me back on the road quickly and helped me when no one else was willing to make a plan. I now use Highway Services for my annual MOT and services.
I took my car to Highway Services in Baldock for an issue relating to the ball joints on my ford Fiesta. Julian was friendly, and gave great communication. I was happy with the price and the work carried out 😃. I'll be sure to visit Highway Services again in the future!
Husband took our car there for MOT on a Friday. But they take it to letchworth for another business to do the actual MOT. Had to leave over weekend as they are shut . Car had job done for MOT by them which was good but Monday pass MOT had more advisories (about 6 more) than the fail test on Friday . Good for garage work but we might as well of taken to other testing centre in Letchworth ourselves and would of liked to of been told they don't do the actual MOT and that they have to drive your car it in the next town.
