Reception staff were super friendly and Aaron was fantastic- really knowledgable and supportive answer questions I had about breaks on my car. Extremely efficient, quick and brilliant service. Honest, knowledgeable and Trustworthy. Seen this outfit grow over the years and none of the core values around customer service have been lost. Good tenure for technicians. I use these guys for my 25yr old Rav4 all the way to my 67plate BMW, MOTs, Service and Repairs. You can trust Hicks.
Can't say enough say nice about Hicks. They really do the right thing for the customer. I trust them and not always had that with garages. Will always go back to Hicks for everything car related.
Andy and the gentleman who helped me in the office were great today when replacing my windscreen wipers. They were very helpful, efficient, and kind - and mindful that I was with two young children. Such a lovely and welcoming experience. Thank you.
