The team here are great, they keep you updated and are really helpful always taking the time to explain things. My C-Max needed new tyres after failing it's MOT, they quoted and sorted it all, same day. I can safely say I will always bring my vehicles to Herring & Palmer.
Excellent service at a reasonable price. They made sure to explain what needs doing and how much it would be if it turns out to be a bigger job, before anything was done. Luckily, it was a smaller fix. Great stuff
Can't rate herring and palmer high enough. Took my e36 bmw I'm for a major service and inspection and the guys were insanely helpful. Brilliant service and we're willing to help me out with any questions I had and give me suggestions for future work not just do it and charge me. Few bits in the service had already been done by previous owner and they let me know and didn't charge me for this. Most honest garage I've used. I'd highly recommend!! My go to garage from now on.
Took both our cars here for minor services, pleased with the service, reasonable price and really convenient location being near town. Gave good advice on future work needing to be done, even advising against unnecessary work which gives confidence they are doing it for the right reasons. Returned for the MOT of one car, again happy with the work done.
Taken my car here for regular service a few times and happy with the service. Today I had my shocks changed on the car and when i collected I was informed parts where cheaper than when quoted a month ago and I received £90 off the bill. Very honest and great service as ever.
