My car was under warranty so they were patient while I arranged the work to be authorised with my warranty company. The car was booked in a week or so later and runs super smooth/quiet now compared to what it was before. The price was in the expected ballpark, but the main thing is getting things done properly.
I would like to share my positive experience at the car workshop I recently visited. I had gone there to get my engine oil and filter changed, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff was professional, friendly, and created a welcoming atmosphere. Interestingly, when my husband dropped off the car in the morning, he informed staff about the loose end of the support pillar holding the hood temporarily fixed with rubber bands. To my surprise, the mechanic at the workshop professionally repaired it, ensuring its stability and functionality. In addition to that, they also topped up the coolant reservoir, displaying their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the overall well-being of my vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience at this car workshop, where the staff's professionalism and skill were evident.
