I'm the owner of a 2009 Mini that has more issues then Fiona Harvey and I always come away feeling grateful to the experts that deal with my car.
Very professional booked me in and repaired my vehicle within the hour. Very well priced. Being a female did not feel patronised, excellent service will return.
This was the first time I ever used this garage and I must say that it was definitely the best one I have ever been too. My car needed some bodywork repairs done on it. Both Adrian (manager)and Mario are really lovely guys. Mario went above and beyond and did an excellent job. His attention to detail is second to none. High recommend! They fixed up my car like new, I bring my mini here as well for servicing and MOT. They are reasonably priced and definitely keep you updated every step of the way!
I was sent to this garage a few years ago and the guys have always been great to me there. I am disabled female who has to visit the garage on my own and this place has NEVER given me the hard sell on anything, inflated prices or made me feel stupid. On top of that i had a major MOT fail, they talked me through what would be needed and gave me a more than fair (I checked) price. Most of the work was covered on my insurance and when i needed emergency help to fix the last bit, he had me on the ramp within an hour. I can not thank these guys enough for keeping my car safely on the road for the last 3 years as without it i can be house bound.
