I booked my car in for a service using the online booking system on the Harlow Auto Centre website and the whole process could not have been simpler! Dropped my car off for its service and within a couple of hours I had a call from the team saying it was ready to be picked up. Really friendly and helpful staff. Will be recommending to family and friends!
I called at 2pm and needed a urgent MOT, they got me In for the same day at 4:30, I got there they guy welcomed me and took me through to the seating area, which was clean and very well decorated, I watched TV whilst I waited. I didn’t have to wait long, I was offered tea and I was kept updated and checked to make sure I was ok, the car was done and paperwork was given to me, I paid and left, thank you for being so kind and helpful and getting me in last minute,
I’ve had fantastic service from Gary and the team at Harlow Autocentre for 2 years now. I take both my vehicles and always get specialist advice and excellent service. The team fixed an issue with my motorhome days before my son’s 16th birthday at short notice, so I have them to thank for amazing memories with him!
The team totally looked after my car as it needed major attention, they didn't write it off as a certain breakdown person did, my car is priceless to me, book value, nothing. Gary completely spoke to me like a person, not like somebody who's knowledge of cars doesn't go beyond the colour! I was kept informed and when I picked the car up they made me a lovely cup of coffee. I would 100% recommend this garage, Gary's knowledge is second to none.
