Unfortunately when I got there they didn't have a record of the booking but it was no bother for them and they took my car in for the MOT - can't fault them on that at all as they fit it in and was all completed by lunchtime!! No issues and great customer service in there, called as soon as the MOT was complete - would fully recommend for anyone needing an MOT/any other service/work done. Thanks everyone at Hardings!
Just wanted to share the excellent customer service I have received at the service center . . Extremely grateful for the help and care received from Alex and team . Definitely will be returning.
What I loved most about this place was HONESTY. James the sales manager was great, true professional. He answered all my questions and there was no pushy hard sales talk just straight talk which is rare nowadays. I picked my car up 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I would recommend speaking to James if you are thinking about buying another car he will certainly give you all the information and honest advice that you require. I would definitely use them again in the future.
Very professional service. Very happy with my Daughter's new car. Picked it up fully serviced with a years MOT and valeted to showroom condition. James the sales manager is a very honest guy who sticks to his word,a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Hardings and will definitely be using them in the future. As we were travelling 180 miles to view the car we actually bought, we contacted James at Hardings and he sent us everything that put our mind at rest that the trip was going to be worthwhile. As it turned out, we were well pleased with the vehicle. The info and help from James was first class and he was very accommodating. Would recommend Hardings as a good car dealership.
