The lovely mechanic at Hanover Garage told me to pop straight over, did the diagnostics and found a misfire on one of my cylinders. Checked it over, spark plug was fine, cleaned out the coil pack and I now know I need to replace the coil pack which I will do myself. The mechanic was so lovely and helpful and wouldn’t take any payment for the diagnostic and checks, really generous and kind. Would recommend this garage highly and would use them if I lived in Brighton, thanks so much 🙌

Jack is great, really honest and friendly. Gave my car a really thorough looking over before telling me he couldn't fix it within my budget. It's really nice to find a mechanic that doesn't just do the work and then bill you twice what they quoted, and who understands that every decision has to be weighed up of cost Vs value!
Jack is an absolute legend. Honest, reliable and if he can save you money he will. I really can't recommend him enough.
Although Jack’s English is far from fluent he is a great and honest mechanic - not qualities you find together very often. I recommend everyone I meet to him and he’s never let any of them down.
