I have had MOTs in the past here but I found myself on Friday with a window that wouldn’t go up, I went to the garage just before they were closing, Marcus and another young man helped me by looking at my car straight away and knowing what was wrong immediately. Marcus kindly ordered the part needed and said it would be done by Tuesday, which it was. All the staff here are so friendly and I couldn’t be more grateful for them helping me.
I can't recommend Hanafan enough. Family members have always used them when they lived in the area and more recently they really helped me out when my car failed it's MOT at a different garage. Marcus couldn't have been more helpful. He kept me up to date with everything they had to do on my car and checked everything with me first. It wasn't long before my car was back on the road . Thank you so much for all your help. Highly recommended.
I have recently used Hanafan for the first time and have finally found a garage I have confidence in. Work that was identified was clearly explained, priced and subsequently charged as priced. No annoying extras. All staff were friendly and courteous and the proximity to the town centre is convenient. Definitely my garage of choice from now on.
This is the first time I have used Hanafan, I can honestly say that it will not be the last. Their customer service was exceptional as was their work. The very friendly staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will have no hesitation in going there again for any issues I have with my BMW or any car for that matter. Thanks To Marcus and the crew for the brilliant service and communication. Legends!!
Following some intermittent but really annoying electrical problems which had disabled my Ford Focus. Rob and Marcus at Hanafan, carried exhaustive checks, diagnosed the problems and rectified the issues. 5 star service and great customer care. Highly recommend!!
